Celia DeLeon has been in the insurance industry for over 22 years. The knowledge and experience gained, has allowed her to not only offer the best rates available, but most importantly, give personal attention and excellent service her customers deserve. The DeLeon Agency has won multiple awards for being in the top 10% of insurance agencies, nationwide.  This would not be possible without the entire team, partners and clients. 

- Community Involvement

As a Broken Arrow resident, for over 15 years, Celia's vision and goal was to open the agency in BA. This would allow her to support local schools, non-profits, and support the community with any needs.  Celia is a member of the Broke Arrow Chamber, an Ambassador, and a graduate of 2018 Leadership Broken Arrow.  She is heavily involved with local schools in donating school supplies, support teacher appreciation events, sponsors the BAHS Football team as well as the BAHS Swim team.  

In 2021, Celia was elected and joined as part of theBoard of Directors for the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce.  

Celia is also President and Executive Director for We Are PROM. We Are PROM is a non-profit organization focused on mentoring young ladies starting their sophomore year in High School.  At the end of the mentorship program, each mentee is rewarded with a fully sponsored Prom evening.
